- The hotel reserves the right to change the method of serving meals from buffet to served.
- Individual diets must be reported 3 days before the start of the stay. The diet incurs an additional fee of 40 PLN / day.
- The hotel does not accept pets.
- Our hotel adheres to standards for protecting minors. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in, hotel staff will verify the child's identity and the caregiving relationship between adults and minors whenever possible. Consequently:
- The receptionist may ask for a photo ID, such as an identity card, passport, or another accepted document.
- If the child is traveling without legal guardians, written consent for their stay at the property is required.
Conditions of reservation
