  • The hotel reserves the right to change the meal service from buffet to served.
  • Individual diets must be reported 3 days before the start of the stay. The diet incurs an additional charge of 40 PLN / per day.
  • The hotel does not accept pets.
  • Our hotel adheres to the standards for the protection of minors. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in, hotel staff, whenever possible, verifies the identity of the child and the guardianship relationship between adults and minors. Therefore:
    • The receptionist may ask for an identity document with a photo, such as an ID card, passport, or another accepted document.
    • If a child is traveling without legal guardians, written permission for their stay at the property is required.

Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty lub wpłata zadatku 30% za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu karta zostanie obciążona 30% wartości rezerwacji lub przepadnie wpłacony zadatek 30%. Modyfikacja rezerwacji jest możliwa do 14 dni przed datą przyjazdu.
