MTB Cross Country Park Polanica-Zdrój: what was created at Okrzei Street

The new track was designed with both amateurs and professionals in mind. The official opening took place on May 24, 2026 during the "Na Zdrowie" festival, and the special guest was Maja Włoszczowska, ambassador of the Polish MTB Championships Polanica-Zdrój. The inauguration program included, among others, XC track training under the guidance of coaching staff and cycling activities for children.

The bike park operates seasonally, from April 1 to October 31. The investment cost about 6.5 million PLN and is one of the most modern facilities of this type in Poland. In July, the track will undergo its first serious test as the national championships will be held here.

34th Polish MTB Championships: July 16-18, 2026

The most important event of the season on the new track will be the 34th Polish Mountain Biking Championships in XCO, XCC, and XCR disciplines, scheduled for July 16-18, 2026. The event is organized by Grabek Promotion, while the schedule and start lists are published on the official website mtbpolanica.pl. Importantly for fans, the organizer is preparing free parking, but registration must be sent by email by July 12, 2026.

Polanica-Zdrój has mountain biking in its blood. For over 25 years, Bike Maraton series races have been held in the area, and in the past, the country's top MTB races started here. Therefore, the July championships mark the return of major racing to the spa, offering our guests three days of sporting excitement within walking distance.

From Hotel Alpejski to the track: about 700 meters

Our hotel is located at Zdrojowa Street 89, and the track at Okrzei Street 5. They are about 700 meters apart in a straight line, so you can get to training or competitions on foot or by bike without using a car.

Guests with cars leave their vehicles in the hotel parking lot and do not need to move them during their stay. On race days, this is a real advantage because the number of parking spaces directly at the track will be limited.

After training: regional cuisine, Alpine Beer, and swimming pool

After a day in the saddle, we invite you to our restaurant and Tyrolean Grill Bar, where we serve dishes made from regional products. For dinner, we recommend Alpine Beer, brewed exclusively for our hotel.

Additionally, guests have access to the wellness zone with a swimming pool. After several dozen kilometers on the trail, warm water and sauna genuinely speed up leg recovery before the next day of riding.
