- Our hotel adheres to minor protection standards. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, hotel staff, whenever possible, verify the identity of the child and the custodial relationship between adults and minors upon check-in. Therefore:
- Reception staff may ask for a photo ID such as an identity card, passport, or other accepted document.
- If the child travels without legal guardians, a written permission for their stay at the property is required.
