- Our hotel complies with child protection standards. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in the hotel staff, whenever possible, verifies the identity of the child as well as the caregiver relationship between adults and minors. As a result:
- The reception staff may request to show an identification document with a photo, such as an ID card, passport, or other accepted document.
- In the case where a child is traveling without legal guardians, a written consent for their stay at the property is required.
