- Our hotel adheres to minor protection standards. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in, hotel staff, whenever possible, verify the identity of the child and the custodial relationship between adults and minors. Therefore:
- The reception employee may request to see an identity document with a photo, such as an ID card, passport, or other accepted document.
- In case the child is traveling without legal guardians, a written permission for their stay in the facility is required.
