- Special diets must be reported 3 days prior to arrival. The diet incurs an additional fee of 40 PLN / per day.

- Our hotel adheres to child protection standards. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in, hotel staff will verify the identity of the child and the guardianship relationship between adults and minors whenever possible. Therefore:
- The receptionist may ask for a photo ID, such as an identity card, passport or other accepted document.
- In cases where a child is traveling without legal guardians, a written consent for their stay at the property is required.
Conditions of reservation
The reservation is kept until 16:00 hour on the arrival date. It is not required to pay upfront or provide credit card information. If guest arrives after 16:00 hour, the reservation might not be fulfilled.
